Job Description
- Order products based on average daily sales volume
- Ensure that the goods are delivered in the right place on the app
- Observe daily consumer orders and identify popular products
- Following the marketing strategy to display popular products on the app
- Recommend to the corporation the development of new items
- Responsible for key indicators of customer operation, including repurchase rate, customer wake-up, minimizing customer loss, etc., improving operational strategies and solutions in accordance with the indications
- Monitor and evaluate the appropriate display of the application weekly
- Inform the marketing team about the expiration dates of products
- Report weekly on the inventory levels to the marketing team, cooperated with the marketing activities of the platform, completed the corresponding data statistics, and constantly
- improved the sales output of the platform activities
- Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to stay organized
Qualification
- More than three years of experience in online FMCG management and operation
- Familiar with the FMCG industry, with an understanding of client and product needs
- Familiar with Korean and Japanese cosmetic and skincare brands, as well as prevalent fashion trendsExcellent knowledge of marketing, supply chain management, commodities inventory management, and so on
- Have expertise with customer operations and knowledge of community operating regulations
- Expert user of Excel or Google sheetsEnjoy cooperating with others / Delight in teamwork
- Possessing fluency in Mandarin and English would be an asset
- Responsible and cautiousMajor in marketing, business administration, e-commerce - Preferred
