Account related issues

Do I have to log in before checkout?
Yes, you need to log in when you click Checkout. If you are a new user, after you click checkout, a registration page will pop up. You can use your general email, Tencent QQ account, WeChat account, or Apple ID to register for free.

Why do I need to register?
After registration, you can not only save your address and save time for placing orders in the future; you can also accumulate points, and you can participate in POKI MALL related products or market activities in the future to help you have more discounts. (See details of each event for details)

How can I modify account information?
Please log in to your account and modify or update your account information in the "My" function.

Payment Method

POKI MALL App currently accepts WeChat Pay, AliPay, Visa/MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, Apple Pay, and more payment methods are being expanded, so stay tuned.

Order related questions

Can I place an order over the phone?
POKI MALL does not offer phone ordering. You can only place orders through the POKI MALL App.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled when the status is "Placed". When the order status is changed to "Packing", you cannot cancel the order or change the mailing information on the App. If you have related questions, please contact POKI MALL customer service.

Wholesale business related issues

The POKI MALL does not permit any commercial activity such as
wholesale or reselling. POKI MALL reserves the right to refuse or modify any order if they perceive similar business practices.
